Welcome to our website regarding our emerging proposals for the redevelopment of Crown Place in the centre of Woking.  

Crown Place is the site of the HG Wells Conference Centre, which is soon to close. A new conference centre is being provided within the nearby Victoria Quarter development. The site sits between Church Street East and Chertsey Road.
